Jared is becoming a pretty good cook. Today he made a loaf of banana bread that contained blueberries. He used a recipe for “Bananaberry Bread” found in “The Rainbow Bakery Children’s Cookbook”. It is a kid’s cookbook put out by Gold Medal flour. I am eating a slice right now and it is very delicious.

Jared has wanted to go fishing for the last couple years. I finally learned enough about fishing for salmon in the Sound that I could take Jared. He seems to really enjoy it even though we haven’t caught much yet.
